Victory World Outreach

Victory World Outreach is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry founded by Pastors Bill and Pam Mickler

with a vision to financially assist those who are caring for the orphans of the world. 

It is estimated that there are approximately one hundred and fifty million orphans in the world.


‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.’

Touching the Lives of Children With the Love of Jesus...

Camp Rhino, Arua, Uganda...

Pastor Bill at Camp Rhino, a refugee camp in Arua, Uganda, to help with  these precious orphaned children who were forced to evacuate their home in Yei, South Sudan because of the war.


But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”    Matt. 19:14

South Sudan

Evangelistic Outreach in South Sudan where thousands were ministered to.  The people came for miles and stood in line for many long hours to hear the gospel preached.  We praise God for the salvations, healings and breakthroughs experienced by those who were in attendance, and for the many lives that were touched through a feeding program that was implemented during the Crusade.


This crusade and the food distribution was sponsored by the ministry of Greg Ford, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Feed the Hungry Ministry in South Bend, Indiana.

Yei, South Sudan

Precious children knowing the love of Jesus through the lives of those who are making it possible for this school outreach to the surrounding community in Yei, South Sudan.  

These children receive nutritional rice from Feed the Hungry Ministry in South Bend, Indiana,

a quality education and experience the love and compassion of Jesus because of those

who are committed to this outreach.


For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, 

but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God.
